    How long does the delivery of my order take?
    Most items are dispatched from us within 24hours of receiving your order. We ship to just about anywhere in the world.
    AUSTRALIA - 3 WORKING DAYS   Method: Australia Post

    Hong Kong & Singapore China Macau- 3 working Days

    ALL OTHER DESTINATIONS - 3-10 WORKING DAYS Method: Australia Post International or EC-ship Hong Kong depending on the destination country.

    What if I need to talk to someone about my order?
    For any questions, feedback or concerns you can EMAIL US at laila@maryandmarieshop.com, and one of our customer service team will be able to answer any questions you may have. 

    What if I'm not home at the time of delivery?
    Most of our delivery companies will deliver between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. If you are not home to sign for your delivery, they will leave a calling card. You must then call and quote your consignment number to arrange another delivery time that is convenient. Australia post does most of our deliveries. 

    REFUNDS

    Unworn and unused items in original condition may be returned upon presentation of the original invoice within fourteen days of order receipt for a full refund.

    Faulty merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange upon presentation of your proof of purchase within 3 months regardless of the price you paid.

    *Sale items can be returned for store credit minus the postage within 7 days.
